DeliVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS


Each Handan Atelier creation is handcrafted to order in our London atelier.
You will find the bespoke timeline for each piece noted on its dedicated design page.
Please allow us the indicated time for the making of your garment, depending on the intricacy and nature of the design.

Shipping & Dispatch

When your garment is complete, you will receive:
• a personal dispatch confirmation
• a tracking number for your delivery

We ship worldwide via trusted courier partners.

Estimated delivery times are:

United Kingdom 1–3 working days

Europe 3–7 working days

Rest of the World 5–10 working days

Shipping Fees

Because each piece varies in weight, value and packaging requirements, delivery costs are not automatically calculated at checkout.
After your order is placed, our atelier will contact you directly to confirm the shipping fee based on:

• destination
• packaging requirements
• courier priority or special handling requests

Payment for shipping will be settled prior to dispatch.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applied by their region.

Handan London cannot be held liable for courier delays, customs procedures or unforeseen disruptions in transit.

RETURN POLICY



Each Handan London piece is crafted in small quantities and treated as a collectible work of wearable art.
Because every garment is created with intention for its wearer, our return policy varies between Editions and            One of One pieces.

EDITIONS

Every piece in our Editions line is made to order, exclusively for its future wearer.
For this reason, all sales for Editions are final.

We cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason, including sizing or change of mind.

In the rare event of an atelier defect:


·     Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
·     The garment must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original packaging and documentation


Once inspected and approved, we will offer a repair, replacement, or store credit, as appropriate.

ONE OF ONE

Each One of One garment is made once and never repeated.
Returns are accepted within 28 days, provided the piece is:

  • ·       unworn and unwashed

  • ·       in its original condition

  • ·       with all tags, documentation, and packaging intact

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service.

After inspection and approval, a store credit or exchange will be issued.
Refunds are rarely offered and remain at the discretion of Handan London.

PERSONALISED AND CUSTOMISED MEASUREMENTS

Personalised garments (including hand-stitched inscriptions, adjusted silhouettes, bespoke fits, or colour variations) are created specifically for you.
If the personalisation cannot be removed without altering the garment, the order becomes non-returnable and non-refundable.

FINAL NOTES

Any return authorised under exceptional circumstances must meet our inspection standards before a credit or exchange can be issued.
