DeliVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS
Each Handan Atelier creation is handcrafted to order in our London studio. You will find the bespoke timeline for each piece noted on its dedicated design page. Please allow us the mentioned weeks for the making of your piece, depending on the intricacy and nature of the design.
Upon completion:
- You will receive a personal dispatch confirmation along with your tracking number.
- We offer international shipping via trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery times are:
- UK: 1–3 working days
- Europe: 3–7 working days
- Rest of the World: 5–10 working days
Shipping Fees:
- Calculated at checkout based on your destination and preferred delivery speed.
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in their region.
While we aim for timely delivery, Handan London cannot be held liable for unforeseen delays due to customs or courier service disruptions.

RETURN POLICY
Every piece from Handan London is a unique work of art brought to life exclusively for its wearer. For this reason, all sales are final.
We regret that we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason, including sizing or change of mind.
We only accept returns in the rare instance of a verifiable fault. In such a case:
- Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- The garment must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags and documentation intact.
We will offer a repair, replacement, or store credit, upon inspection and approval, as appropriate.
Should a return be authorised under exceptional circumstances, we strongly advise using a tracked and insured courier, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. Please note, however, that we are under no obligation to accept returns, and all transactions are deemed final.
